1. The service

HighTrade is a simulated trading game. Markets are generated by HighTrade; nothing is bought or sold on any real exchange. The desk holds a 3.5% edge on every position.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and located where the service is permitted.

3. Subscriptions & refunds

Plans bill monthly and can be cancelled anytime. A 14-day refund applies to the subscription as described at checkout.

4. Funded desks & payouts

Desk capital is provided by HighTrade. Profit above desk capital may be paid out subject to program rules.

5. Acceptable use

One account per person; no automation outside the platform; no abuse of re-funding.

6. Liability

Play within your means. The service is provided as is.
